The lamp is the creation of LI ZANWEN , a designer from China and is manufactured in Shanghai. It has been successfully crowdfunded in the USA and is now being made available in India thanks to Crowdfunding and a young entrepreneur from Varanasi.

The Heng Lamp is available at competitive prices because of crowdfunding. There are no dealers, distributors and hence we can afford to keep our prices low. If you’re a first-time funder, you will be asked to register on the platform. Once you do that, you can pick the size & quantity you want. Then proceed to the payment gateway.
HENG LAMP : SHIPPING PLAN
This is our shipping schedule target. In the last 12 months, a lot of crowdfunding campaigns recently have experienced delays due to demonetisation, GST etc. We are factoring in these eventualities and offering you these shipping commitments to ensure that you are sure of your product being delivered as expected.
Shipping begins 3 months after the campaign ends. The monies will be transferred to me 15 days after the end of the campaign. After which I will place the order with my Chinese partners and production will commence.

The Heng Lamp has been crowdfunded very successfully in the US. They have since also made and shipped out the product. SO, THE RISK ASSOCIATED WITH PRODUCTION DELAYS IS ELIMINATED. Since their production unit is functional, production itself will involve minimal or no risks. However, the team will be shipping the product TO India for the first time, and there might be some unavoidable delays in delivery. Acts of god w.r.t inclement weather may be spoilers.

How is the Heng Lamp priced so low?
The team has manufactured the Heng Lamp for the US market before. Further crowdfunding means our INVENTORY & WORKING CAPITAL requirements are almost ZERO as the team gets funds in advance. That translates into very low costs. Rather than try & make big profits, I would rather focus on getting innovative products to the Indian Market.
What happens if the lamp is delivered damaged?
The product comes with a 2 year warranty, however if it is received damaged, you will have 48 hours to contact us and book an exchange. Post the 48-hour period, we will not be in a position to accept exchange requests.
How long will the LED last and will it be replaceable. What is the Light color ?
The LED light will last a long time. Around 50000 hours.
We will try our best to ensure that you do not have to replace the LED. If the need occurs, we will do that from our end. Also, the Heng Lamp comes with a 2 year warranty. After which, you would have to get in touch with us for a paid replacement.
