We have already sold 5700+ wallets in our beta phase globally through our e-commerce website thus perfecting our procurement, manufacturing & delivery processes. We have also received valuable feedback from customers which helped us fine tune our product and also ensure that the Smart Chip technology works hassle free.
So, unlike any other crowdfunding campaign, we can promise shipping one week prior to campaign end date ensuring that you receive the delivery latest by campaign end date. How is this possible? It's simply because we tan our own leather in our own tanneries and manufacture the wallets in ISO 9001:2008 certified factories which are within a 20km radius of our office location in Chennai. This allows us to closely monitor and have an end to end control of the supply chain, a luxury which even several established luxury brands can't claim to have.

Does it come with a warranty?
Yes of course.
The electronics in the wallet comes with a 1 Year Complete Replacement Warranty. Any defect, malfunctioning, issue with the smart chip which cannot be solved during our technical team’s call; we shall send a free replacement smart chip right to your doorstep.
We, at Cuir Ally, ensure that our products are free of any manufacturing defects by having several quality checks at each stage of production. However, if by any chance a defective product reaches you, we shall take full responsibility to replace them as detailed under the Return Policy. There is no warranty that is applicable for leather goods sold by us per se. However, in general, all our leather goods are built to last a lifetime with proper usage and care.
What’s your return and refund policy?
If the product has a manufacturing defect, we follow a no questions asked refund/replace policy, as we deem it right.
In the leather goods industry, a manufacturing defect is defined as one of the following viz. stitching coming loose, defect in lining material & leather chip offs in the product. Do note that natural leather is unique and no two leather sheets are exactly the same. Each wallet is unique in character & each one develops its unique patina, creases, vein marks, slight blemishes during its lifetime and it only shows the trueness of the leather used and not its defects.
All refund/ replacement claims shall be submitted no later than 2 days of product delivery.
However, if you've made an error in purchasing, bring it to our notice the same working day so that we don't ship the product. Products once shipped shall not be eligible for returns/refunds if they don't meet our fair judgment criteria.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Does the wallet have to be charged?
No, the wallet doesn’t require any charging. It is powered by a CR2025 Lithium Coin Type Battery, which lasts upto 9 months in normal usage conditions. Once the battery is out of charge, you can easily replace battery at home. Replacement battery costs approx. Rs. 40, available online & offline stores near you. This ensures hassle free usage, as you don’t have to worry about charging your wallet everyday. Why add one more device to your ever expanding list of smart gadgets to be charged right?

We are committed to engaging with the local economy and encouraging homegrown skill. Our wallets are lovingly created by craftsmen based in Chennai, India. The leather is sourced from our own tanneries in Ranipet, Tamil Nadu and is made to ensure versatility for your everyday needs. We have several quality control measures in place to make certain that our leather adheres to international standards. Our products are handcrafted by skilled artisans working under strict quality conformances to meet ABS Quality Evaluations 8000:20008, ISO 9001:2008 & CRISIL ratings.
