Derived from the word SIPAHI, The Sepoi is a one-of-its-kind initiative in India that celebrates PATRIOTIC FERVOR and FASHION in equal measure. Sepoi was born to give back to the veteran community through sustainable fashion and to bridge the Civilian-Military divide.
The Sepoi bags are crafted with the prime objective of delivering an experience high on PATRIOTISM and STYLE. The bags are made out of surplus Military Material which conveys a unique story of grit, determination and selfless service of our Army Jawans
Each bag is donned with SEPOI SIGNATURE ELEMENT such as Pride (Tiranga) stitch and Pride (Tiranga) Zip Tags, instilling a sense of pride.
We have a unique range of bags that offer refined style and rugged urban appeal to meet all your carrying needs. We have something for all - be it office, college or casual outings.
These bags are made using ARMY UNIFORM SURPLUS fabric accented with QUALITY LEATHER exteriors making it sturdy and durable. The design elements in the bag make it quite modern, stylish and practical.
Without your support, we won't be able to fulfill our mission.
The other biggest hurdle will be obtaining old uniforms and military surplus materials.
However, this can be mitigated as we are in talks with a couple of ex-army associations as well as Military uniform suppliers to get continuous good quality material.
Additionally, we plan to launch a uniform donation drive, which will help us link each uniform to a particular person and include their story in the journey of Sepoi bags.
We have two collections:
1. Signature: that is limited edition bags that are made out of good quality real leather.
2. Inspiro: This is made out of vegan leather. The elements in the bags are more or less similar.
Most of our bags have signature Sepoi elements - Pride Stitch (Tiranga stitch pattern), and Pride zip tags (Hand-colored Tiranaga Stripes) which showcase your patriotic side as well as act as a conversation starter.

Yes, we will ship an infographic that will show the journey of your Sepoi bag. The journey includes where the uniform was used by the military personnel and how it got converted into a Sepoi Bag... Interesting, isn't it?
You can support us for the sheer love and respect towards the Indian military. Your support will help us to upcycle the old uniform with utmost respect and pride and also support Army welfare NGOs. Additionally, these are unique bags that act as a conversation starter and if you are looking for something different with exceptional quality, then the Sepoi bag is the right choice for you.
No, there is no warranty.
We do not entertain returns on products delivered in perfect, undamaged condition.
A product is only eligible for return under the following conditions-
a) A wrong product has been dispatched.
b) If you identify a quality or a manufacturing defect on the received product.
c) If the product is received in a damaged condition.
Our return policy is applicable within 7 days from receipt of the product. The time frame starts from the date the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners. It usually takes 2-3 working days to organize a pickup. Once the merchandise is back at our warehouse, our quality assurance team will check the merchandise and the refund process will get initiated within 2-3 days of receiving it.
In case of a replacement, it will take around 3 weeks for the new product to reach you.
