1. Are the bags made of vegan leather?
We have two collections:
1. Signature: that is limited edition bags that are made out of good quality real leather.
2. Inspiro: This is made out of vegan leather. The elements in the bags are more or less similar.
2. Are there any unique proprietary elements in Sepoi Bags?
Most of our bags have signature Sepoi elements - Pride Stitch (Tiranga stitch pattern), and Pride zip tags (Hand-colored Tiranaga Stripes) which showcase your patriotic side as well as act as a conversation starter.
3. Do you ship to international locations?
We would love to, but unfortunately, we are shipping only in India.
4. When will the bags be shipped?
Shipping within 45 days of placing the order.
5. Do I get the journey of my bag?
Yes, we will ship an infographic that will show the journey of your Sepoi bag. The journey includes where the uniform was used by the military personnel and how it got converted into a Sepoi Bag... Interesting, isn't it?

7. Is there a Warranty?
No, there is no warranty.
8. What is the return/replacement policy?
We do not entertain returns on products delivered in perfect, undamaged condition.
A product is only eligible for return under the following conditions-
a) A wrong product has been dispatched.
b) If you identify a quality or a manufacturing defect on the received product.
c) If the product is received in a damaged condition.
9. How do I return/replace a product?
Our return policy is applicable within 7 days from receipt of the product. The time frame starts from the date the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners. It usually takes 2-3 working days to organize a pickup. Once the merchandise is back at our warehouse, our quality assurance team will check the merchandise and the refund process will get initiated within 2-3 days of receiving it.
In case of a replacement, it will take around 3 weeks for the new product to reach you.
10. How does crowdfunding work?
Crowdfunding in India is a relatively new concept & is growing very quickly.
It’s a concept that allows a large number of funders (like you) to fund an idea or a cause or event by giving small amounts of money online.
