The MuConnect 2.0 is compatible with iOS, Android and phones with with Type - C charging ports.

Each EXTRA PIN that you order will cost an ADDITIONAL INR 299. Anyone who books a MuConnect 2.0 through this crowdfunding campaign gets 1 PIN of their choice. You can get additional pins for INR 299 per extra pin. After you pre-order your MuConnect 2.0, the campaign owner will get in touch with you & send you a google form to find out your choice of pin. Choose from the types of pins made for iOS, Android and phones with Type-C charging ports
If you decide to order 2 more pins, you will need to confirm your preference and pay the campaign owner 299*2= INR 598 in addition to your order. The pins will, then be shipped to you along with your order.

The MuConnect 2.0 set consists of a Cable and a Pin.
Using MuConnect 2.0 consists of the following steps -
1. Insert the respective micro USB/iOS/type-C Pin inside the phone
2. Bring the cable near the phone. It aligns, attaches itself to the device and charges away!
Slide switch:
Normal Mode - For syncing data or While using your official mobile adapter.
Faster Charging Mode - For faster charging from laptops, public USB hubs, normal car chargers, and third-party adapters. Also for enabling data protection while charging from others' laptops and public USB hubs.
Cross compatible: Compatible across multiple devices. While the 'Cable' is universal for all micro USB/iOS/Type-C devices, we have separate 'Pins' for each of these phone types
Easily attachable: Connects with your phone quick and smooth. Easy Plug/Easy Detach helps reduce stress on your cables and mobile charging sockets to a great extent - thus preventing frayed cables and loose sockets. 
Magnetic Connection: Strongest Neodymium magnet let the cable stay connected to the device all the time - even while using your phones.
LED Indicator: Helps to indicate power supply status while charging
Fast charging: When you slide the button, MuConnect2.0 charges your phone up-to 2X faster while charging with laptops, normal car chargers, and public USB hubs.

The Pins have been designed in a way to have the most minimal footprint with a good magnetic strength. All electrical contacts are plated with 18 Karat gold for better conductivity.
A universal cable with separate micro USB, iOS, and Type-C pins, is cross-compatible with all kinds of devices.
The size of the magnet in MuConnect 2.0 is larger when compared to the previous version. Which in turn helps the cable to stay connected at all times.

Mobiles when charging through laptops charge very slowly due to data sync. This gadget, when switched to fast charging mode, turns off data transfer thus allowing the mobile to take more power – so it charges faster.

We have done our due diligence and found out there isn't any infringement on any patent.
The pin which goes into the phone will be reinforced with a silicon ring, so as it covers your port all the time, water and dust can not enter.
Different mobile devices have different proprietary standards to enable fast charging (like BC1.0, 1.1, 1.2, YD/T-1591 spec, Samsung Fast charging standard, Apple iPhone/ iPad Fast charging standard etc). MuConnect can automatically detect which device is connected to it and sets the standard, thus signaling the device to take maximum power. That is why MuConnect is smart.
We will not be accepting any refunds once the campaign is over. For the InDemand Backers, you can avail refunds through fueladream as long as you have the option. After this time no refunds will be accepted.

Thank you for being with us.
As some of you are asking about the production we wanted to let you know that due to some unforeseen circumstances we had hit a roadblock. Due to some problem, the final part of the production which we are importing from China was struck in Customs and we are waiting for it to be delivered.
Once we receive the parts we will go ahead with the production and we will start delivering the first batch of our products to our early backers by March 1st week. we are trying our best to work around this issue and start shipping at the earliest. We already have our entire supply chain and shipping partner in place.
We are testing each and every cable after manufacturing and before shipping so that our customers will receive only those products which are working. Take a look at the PCB we have designed to test the cables.
We request all our backers to be patient for a little while. We know that you will love the final products when they reach you.

Regarding MuConnect 2.0 we are receiving some emails asking about what happened to the product so here we are.
As we would like to give our customers a product of top quality, We have upgraded our electronics to be compatible with Quick Charge 3.0 and Samsung's Adaptive Fast Charge wall adaptors. The loses would be a very minimum of 0.1Amps (Required to power the smart charging electronics.) With regards to the progress, we will have our final manufacturing prototypes in one weeks and are expected to begin manufacturing in a week and start shipping in the month of February.
