HOW TO FIX FEGO SAIL ON THE SEAT
It is a simple process: One end of the strap is fixed to the seat mounting point and the other two ends are buckled beneath the seat. So, you just need to open the bike/scooter seat and fix the buckle beneath it.
HOW MUCH AIR SHOULD I FILL
Air needs to be filled in such a quantity that you should be sitting at a height of 1/2'' - 1'' above the bike seat.

Sounds like you have filled more air than required. Deflating it might help you getting stability on it
Q) The Sail/Pillion looks bigger than my bike seat. How will I use it? Will it reduce stability?
We have designed it in such a way that, it guarantees comfort for all sizes of bike seats. So you can use it at ease and it wouldn't affect stability.
Q) What if I apply sudden brakes? Will the Sail/Pillion move and disturb my posture?
Nope. If the SAIL/PILLION is fixed properly, nothing will happen. So, no dislocation. No discomfort for you.
Q)Why do I feel uncomfortable using it for the first time?
Well, since you have always been accustomed to a particular kind of seating, your body will take some time to adjust. But don’t worry. Within no time, you will start enjoying the comfort and ease our sail provides you on roads.

How strong are the straps?
We have provided you with two straps. And also, there are very difficult to cut through.
How much weight can it take?
The Sail and Pillion are designed to take at least 120 kg each.
What about the durability of the SAIL/PILLION??
Considering the conditions of the Indian roads, the Sail and Pillion have been designed to work for a minimum of two to three years. However, it depends on how you have been using it as well.
