Open defecation poses a serious threat to the health of children in India. Pollutes the nearby water bodies and exposes people to the danger of physical attacks and encounter such as snake bites. women and girls face shame and loss of personal dignity and risk safety if there is no toilet at home. They have to wait for nightfall to relieve themselves in privacy. Apart from that, sanitation also cripples National development, workers produce less, live shorter lives, save and invest less, and are less able to send their children to school.
A study revealed that financial constraints waiting for government assistance, being away from home due to labour work, and old habits were the major reasons for open defecation. to eliminate open defecation it is imperative that toilets are built in rural India.
The total cost to construct a toilet is INR 30000 including pick up inside house open market as the topography of the village does not allow for a conventional sewage system.
My aim is to raise INR 30000 or more to fund the cost of installing one or more toilets in the village of Khora Meena, Rajasthan. This effort champions the cause of health and hygiene and is a high impact initiative. Imagine how many families lead a healthy life because of you?
HELP ME RAISE INR 30000 OR MORE FUND THE COST OF INSTALLING ONE OR MORE TOILETS IN THE VILLAGE OF PALI
ABOUT ME
My name is MANASVI JAIN studying in Grade 8 at JPIS, Jaipur.
I have undertaken this campaign to raise funds to build toilets in the village called Pali, located about 1 hour away from Jaipur. Many people in this village are forced to defecate in the open because they can’t afford to build a toilet.
I believe this is an important cause as open defecation is detrimental to the household, society and the planet as a whole. The fact that raising INR 30,000 can be a game-changer makes me elated. Getting a toilet will definitely transform the lives of the villagers in Pali. The cost of a toilet is just INR 30,000 and i aim to raise INR 30000 or more to fund a toilet or more.
The overall aim is to help build 70 toilets for the whole village. Please support my campaign and let us make a healthier and safer India.

The details will then be posted on the UPDATES section of my campaign. As soon as I post an update, the platform will send an SMS and EMAIL alert to all the funders - i.e. to you. Click on the link on the email and you can read about who benefitted. That's transparent right.

How does crowdfunding work?
Crowdfunding in India is a relatively new concept & is growing very quickly.
It’s a concept that allows a large number of funders (like you) to fund an idea or a cause or event by giving small amounts of money online. Fueladream.com is a crowdfunding platform in India that allows for such pooling of funds. You can fund innovations & ideas on FuelADream and be the first to get these products or make them come true. You can also do a good turn by funding charities and causes through crowdfunding. When you fund a charity it’s more like a donation & you get small innovative rewards like a shout-out on an FB page or a thank you email from the beneficiaries.
