Our domestic help Jyoti is in a big spot of bother. Her husband Amit miraculously had a cancerous tumour removed. They desperately need funds for further treatment. There is an immediate need for INR 2.5L and a total need of 5L over the next 6-12 months for her family of four to survive.
We are attempting to collect INR 2.5L at the minimum. The funds we are raising will possibly be enough for immediate treatment. However, he definitely will need to spend much more money on medicines and other costs. So please continue to fund till the last day as we would like to raise over INR 5L for him ideally.
Read the story of what they have been through and contribute generously.
Jyoti and her family have been struggling for three months now. Their family has lived from paycheck to paycheck. Jyoti and her husband Amit had been married young and have two babies to feed and take care of. Her husband worked with Swiggy and Zomato as a delivery man to provide for his family but as soon as he fell victim to cancer, their main source of income closed down. All their savings have been spent during diagnosis and the surgery to remove the tumour. He is unable to find any work now and they need funds for treatment and day to day living.
The surgery has been completed successfully and he is out of immediate danger but it has drained the family financially. Now there is no money left for his chemo sessions, Jyoti has no other choice but to depend on us right now to save her husband. The more we collect the more breathing space he and his family will get financially. So please do continue funding even after the campaign goes past its goal.

ABOUT US
My name is KAMINI DUBEY, I along with ADYA GAUTAM are raising funds to help the family of our domestic help.
The hopes, dreams, and goals of a person could shatter like broken glass with the mention of just one word - ‘Cancer’. Cancer is the second most common disease in India responsible for maximum mortality. As people who have been blessed with health and wealth, let us extend our hands in helping others overcome their hard times. Even a small amount will help this family.
Especially when the world is going through so much turmoil, we must ensure we do our bit. We aim to raise INR 2.5L or more to help this family. Funds raised beyond the goal will support this family while Amit recuperates.

How does crowdfunding work?
Crowdfunding in India is a relatively new concept & is growing very quickly. It’s a concept that allows a large number of funders (like you) to fund an idea or a cause or event by giving small amounts of money online. Fueladream.com is a crowdfunding platform in India that allows for such pooling of funds. You can fund innovations & ideas on FuelADream and be the first to get these products or make them come true. You can also do a good turn by funding charities and causes. When you fund a charity it’s more like a donation & you get small innovative rewards like a shout-out on an FB page or a thank you email from the beneficiaries.
