The roomy interiors are designed to carry your laptop plus have multiple compartments to take care of your storage needs.
The LUGG can be accessed only from the back and this simple design makes it THEFT proof. The zippers are recessed and not easy to even find for a typical pick pocket. The smart pockets for your metro card or ID card and the external USB slot mean you really do not need to open the backpack when commuting or if you need to charge your mobile device. The internal design allows for carrying a LAPTOP(15 inch size), a iPAD size pouch and has multiple other compartments. It has a 20L capacity. The 30,90 and 180 degree flap design (uses a VELCRO holder) ensures that it's easy to remove and access your stuff. Take a look at some of the features below.
We are a backpack production firm & have a trained set of workers & designers. We are aiming to start shipping out the backpacks from 4th week of FEB 2018. If the campaign does extremely well and we reach our goal earlier than planned, we could start shipping by the 2nd week of FEB 2018. We don't expect delays as we have already produced a few samples and have all the long lead time items already on order so that they get to us by end Jan 2018. Acts of god w.r.t inclement weather or other stoppages because of strikes, bandhs etc may be spoilers.

We are a small firm with relatively low overheads. We have a high labour productivity. Further. crowdfunding means our INVENTORY & WORKING CAPITAL requirements are almost ZERO as we get funds in advance. That translates into very low costs for us and we can pass on this benefit to you. Rather than try & make big profits we would rather build a big brand. We decided we would pass on most of the benefits of this lower price to you - our funder.
We are a Bengaluru based company and make our products at our factory at Yeshwantpur.
We pay our workers as per the Indian governments daily wage act. All the people who work in our factory are above the age of 21. We are an equal opportunity employer.
The backpack is water resistant & not waterproof. If exposed to heavy rainfall, water might very very slowly leak in through the material. We have provided a rain cover with the backpack which can be used to wrap the LUGG when it rains. The rain cover will protect the backpack.
The care and cleaning maintenance of the LUGG are fairly basic. It can be swiped and cleaned using a damp cloth.Do not IRON it though.
We do not have a return policy. Since we are crowdfunding it and doing this at a breakthrough price we cannot afford a return policy.
