In the electric mode, the eRideLite has a top speed of 25kmph with a 250W motor that ensures you can ride an eco-friendly, zero pollution cycle without ever sweating again! In the pedal mode, the eRideLite comes equipped with a 6 speed Shimano gear that allows you to customise the workout you want!
The eRL50 has a 50 km range on a single charge & starts at INR 23,900.

Our team consists of seasoned professionals from the automotive industry with experience in production (at organisations such as Ford and Daewoo),tech product development & finance (in organisations such as the Oriental Bank or Commerce).
Our manufacturing facilities are located at Ghaziabad in UP.
The pictures below show the testing areas for the motors and battery ,while the assembly tables allow us to get the electric bikes assembled easily .The facilities will be enhanced over time to produce more vehicles .
This indicates that the eRideLite is compliant with the safety norms laid out by the ARAI and is a roadworthy electric bike. It also complies with the standards to get the exemption from needing a license (i.e under Motor Vehicle Act).
We have as a team spent 4 years developing this e-bike. Our main aim was to make this bike sustainable. We wanted to achieve this by making and testing components in India & using locally sourced material and manpower. We want this innovation to bring a change in the way India travels, by making this a transportation option for the masses.
We decided to go with crowdfunding rather than conventional selling because it allows us direct access to our customers. Our interaction with them ensures that we are able to work on the feedback we receive from them at a quicker and more personal level. It also guarantees that delays and service issues are at a minimum as we deal directly with the customer.Our main objective is to create a great product and provide quality service to give our customers a superior experience.
The eRIDELITE is exclusively available only on Fueladream.com.You can pre-order the model you’re interested in by clicking on the corresponding REWARDS .On a laptop /computer they will appear on the right side of this page while on a Mobile device you will need to scroll down to the bottom of this page to find the REWARDS. Click on the bike you want & then register. Post this you will be taken to the payment gateway.Once the payment is made, your pre-order will be confirmed through an email notification. Once the campaign gets over, the campaign owner /manufacturer will directly call you to confirm the color of the bike .The product will be shipped out directly to your address as per the committed delivery timelines.

All necessary items are added as parts of the basic bike. It includes a good quality frame, quality tires & tube, a sporty handle, front suspension fork, disc brakes for the front & rear wheels, mudguard for the front & rear wheels , motor , battery with ignition key, headlight, horn, high end reflectors at the rear. See the feature image in the campaign for these details .
eRIDELITE 50 will have a LED display
eRIDELITE 90 will have a LCD display .In addition this comes with a USB port.
The battery will use cells from a reputed company like Sanyo , LG or Panasonic.
Performance on uphill is very good for the ERIDELITE. However the final performance ,depends on the steepness & load . We have tested the eRIDELITE across many flyovers around the country and found it works perfectly. In case of a very severe incline , use both the pedal and the motor.
The eRIDELITE is designed for a maximum speed of 25KM/Hr. If you pedal simultaneously you can achieve slightly higher speeds.
There is a "KEY" mechanism provided for the battery. Like on any regular bike there are On, Off, Handle-lock positions in the key slot; In the eRIDELITE Bike too there are On, Off and Battery remove positions.In the " off" position, the key can be taken out and the battery is locked into the bike controller and cannot be removed from it .eRIDELITE Lithium Ion batteries are very portable. (less than 3 kg weight).In order to charge the battery, first turn the key to the “extreme anticlockwise” position by gently pushing it in. The lock is now disengaged and the battery can now be pulled out and taken off for charging with the eRIDELITE charger. To reinsert the battery after charging, make sure the key is in the same “extreme anticlockwise” position and reinsert the battery into the slot. The battery will fit into the battery slot . The key can now be turned to the “on” position to continue further use.
The electrical components do add to the weight of the bicycle; however we use some of the lightest components available. The end result is that our bikes start at around 22 Kgs with the Lithium Ion battery. While this is a bit more than regular bicycles, it is way lighter than expensive electric bikes that use sealed Lead Acid batteries. You do not need to carry the bike home to charge it as the battery is removable.
eRIDELITE uses a 36-volt Lithium - Ion battery and is designed for long running time. Batteries can be charged 300 times without a noticeable loss in capacity. Please do keep in mind that e- bikes are similar to e-cars in this respect, in that the mileage or range you get from a liter of petrol in your car depends on many factors. In the case of an electric bike, the range depends on the terrain, the weight of the rider, head wind, terrain gradient, whether you pedal a bit or not at all, smooth running conditions, proper maintenance and many other factors.

eRIDELITE is designed by a Indian team for local conditions. To make it a smooth ride on Indian roads a front suspension fork is provided. To ensure the best of passenger safety - disc brakes have been added on both wheels.

It’s a concept that allows a large number of funders (like you) to fund an Idea or a cause or event by giving small amounts of money online. Fueladream is a crowdfunding site and platform in India that allows for such a pooling of funds.

Sorry for delayed Update. Work is in full swing and to the satisfaction, we strive for. So far 25 Bike is assembled fully, Rest of bikes will be assembled before this weekend. Delivery of all bike to start next week.
Tons of Materials already in-house to start assembly process. Few components on critical path and might impact our delivery schedule.
1. Frame due to new changes, discussed before . Expected to be ready by March end
2. For easy detachment of battery, we have added new mechanism, that will provide all comfort of ride along with flexibility for easy detachment of battery, even without removing seat post. This is new development and hopefully should be able to incorporate in current batch of order. We do expect, it to make eRideLite lot user friendly. But this development might force us to delay delivery by week or so.
I am delighted to see the excitement and eagerness to ride eRideLite. We assure our best to align with your decision. To enhance eRideLite experience further, we have made quite a lot of improvements in product . To list some of them,
1. You already have seen frame choice (size), that itself is project
2. Geometry change to make it more comfortable for user
3. Seat Changes to provide better comfort.
It means possibility of a bit longer patience. We are still heading to start delivery by end of March ( as per original commitment) and complete whole of delivery by April. In case somebody is in really urgency, I can send them one bike within week ( from the lot you have seen in promotion or during test ride ). But given the choice, I will like to wait and provide you only the improved version.
Project is going great. Based on your input and extensive workout, we decided to go ahead with 2 size of frame from day 1. Now you can select frame of 16” (recommended for people with height of less than 5 feet 7 Inch) or 17.5” ( recommended for people with height more than 5 feet 7 Inch). We will circulate email to collect your choice shortly. Though we are working hard to ensure delivery as per commitment, but it might have impact of around a week on delivery start date.
