THE BACKGROUND
Hundreds of young children are abandoned every day. They have no one to comfort them. They are ignored, forgotten, and silent. They are left all alone with no one to take care of them or protect them. Their sensitive bodies are prone to many infections and are exposed to harsh and unhygienic conditions. Research has shown that such exposure can have many negative effects, altering a child’s life drastically. Anything that happens at this age, mentally or physically, leaves a permanent scar.
THE SOLUTION
Helping a child in the first few years of their birth changes their life significantly, giving them a better start. I would like to promote hygiene amongst infants and minimize the chances of infections and various skin conditions by providing diapers, baby cream, baby oil etc to the infants at Welfare Home for Children. Through this campaign, I would like to be the reason behind the future that each child deserves.
Welfare Home for children aims to provide care and protection to every child in need and build a place that they can call home. The institute believes in providing three-sixty degree protection to the abandoned children. They are driven by the idea of providing love, care, security, happiness, education, and the overall wellbeing of the less fortunate children.
JUST INR 1445 WILL SUPPORT ONE INFANT FOR A MONTH BY PROVIDING DIAPERS AND BABY PRODUCTS SUCH AS CREAM, OIL, POWDER AND SOAPS.
A GLIMPSE OF THE ORPHANAGE
ABOUT ME
I am Syna Jain. I am a 9th-grade student studying in The British School.
Last year, I was walking on the road when I saw a newborn covered in a small piece of cloth, near a dustbin, during peak winters. Even though I was fourteen years, I was wearing a warm woollen jacket to shelter myself from the cold. This helped me realize the vulnerability of such children in comparison to the severe circumstances.
I have undertaken this campaign because I think being able to impact the life of an infant by providing them toiletries will be incredible. Welfare Home for children currently houses 14 infants/ toddlers and I would like to help each of them for 6 months. Any amount I raise beyond the goal will help them for more months.
Please support my campaign as we can together support many infants.

How does crowdfunding work?
Crowdfunding in India is a relatively new concept & is growing very quickly.
It’s a concept that allows a large number of funders (like you) to fund an idea or a cause or event by giving small amounts of money online. Fueladream.com is a crowdfunding platform in India that allows for such pooling of funds. You can fund innovations & ideas on FuelADream and be the first to get these products or make them come true. You can also do a good turn by funding charities and causes through crowdfunding. When you fund a charity it’s more like a donation & you get small innovative rewards like a shout-out on an FB page or a thank you email from the beneficiaries.
