How to pre-order your MURTLE?
Step 1: Select the reward from the REWARDS section (on the desktop the rewards section is on right hand side of the page & for a mobile device you will have to scroll down to the bottom of the page for the rewards section).
Step 2: Complete your registration on Fueladream.com
Step 3: Select your size requirement from the size chart
Step 4: Make the full payment by debit/credit card, PAYTM or through internet banking.
We will then get in touch with you for additional straps requirements.
How many straps do I get?
Each Murtle comes with 3 straps. Colors and shapes depend on the model you selected.
How is Murtle sustainable?
The straps are hand cut, stitched and hand assembled. The leather is hand dyed with sustainable vegetable dyes and the fabrics are sourced from the rural village of Mangalgiri in AP supporting rural weavers, artisans, and grass root workers.
Guarantee and durability:
Murtle is engineered to be durable, sweat absorbing and arch support. They come with a 6 months guarantee so that you are assured of the quality and engineering thought put into making it.
Do I get an extra set of screws?
Yes. The starter kit comes with a extra set JUST in case you misplace one .
What if I lose screws in the future?
You can always get back to us for an extra set.
Does it fasten good?
Oh yeah! It holds well. Don't worry we have you covered
How is the MURTLE priced so low?
We are doing this campaign to raise funds to make our dream come through.We will make profits after we start to sell this through the retail. Since you are supporting our innovation its only fair that we give it to you at almost cost with wafer thin margins.
Is it waterproof?
MURTLE is water repellant .
What are the care/cleaning guidelines?
Clean it with wet cloth. That's it!
What are our labour practices?
We pay our workers as per the Indian governments minimum wage act. All the tailors & artisans who work in our factory are above the age of 21. We are an equal opportunity employer.
What is your policy on returns?
We do not have a return policy. Since we are crowdfunding it and doing this at a breakthrough price we cannot afford a return policy. Refer our size chart to ensure you select the best fit!
What happens if product delivered is damaged?
If the product is received damaged, you will have 48 hours to contact us and book an exchange. Post the 48 hour period, we will not be in a position to accept exchange requests.

Crowdfunding in India is a relatively new concept & is growing very quickly.
It’s a concept that allows a large number of funders (like you) to fund an Idea or a cause or event by giving small amounts of money online. Fueladream is a crowdfunding site and platform in India that allows for such a pooling of funds.
