I am an accomplished artist who has been painting traditional Nirmal art ( this is a style of art from the town of Nirmal in Telangana) with a tribal style & a modern twist. Am an arts graduate from Osmania University & did my PG in painting from the Bangalore University. My art style features animals,women and men in outdoor settings & is energized by bright colors. They are a reflection of rural lifestyles & will add color to any wall.
Am crowdfunding a few paintings of mine (I have never done crowdfunding before) & attempting to also raise money to feed 50 children for every painting pre-ordered. How does that work ?

Nirmal Paintings are a popular form of paintings done in Nirmal in Adilabad district, Telangana, India.There's something for everyone. My paintings come in 5 sizes and are very competitively priced. They are ideal for both your home or office & are bound to add color & vitality to your walls. Pre-order one & you would do a good turn to a 50 kids in rural areas.
PAINTING SPECIFICATIONS :
All the paintings are acrylic on canvas. They do not come with any frame & will be shipped to the address that you provide when you pre-order them. All the paintings come with an 'Authenticity certificate'. The paintings shall be shipped out within five weeks of the crowdfunding campaign ending.

ABOUT ME :
I'm 42 years old. I was born in the small town of Nirmal - in the Adilabad district of Telangana and was tutored by the great Guruji-Shri Ravinder SharmaI. Later on I pursued my degree in arts from B.S Giri Raj College in Osmania University, did my Post Graduation in painting from the Bangalore University and a specialization course in Painting from the " Shantiniketan Chitrakala Mahavidyalaya " at Hampi in Karnataka. My paintings have been showcased at numerous art galleries and exhibitions in Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Cochin, Hyderabad, Mumbai & Mysore.
ABOUT RURAL DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION :
Rural Development Foundation (RDF) is a NGO that was established in 1996 to serve the underprivileged rural children by providing quality education. This good cause is supported by a fraternity of individuals and corporates, who strongly believe in educating first generation learners of remote villages to help pave the way for eradication of illiteracy and improving the quality of life. RDF has opened four schools and one Junior college in the remote villages of Warangal and Medak districts of Telangana state. They provide quality education to over 1700 kids and employment to over 200 young and dedicated staff.
THE RDF MID-DAY MEAL
Rural Development Foundation, believes that every student requires a healthy body to have a healthy mind. Every day, schools provide a nutritious protein rich mid-day meal which comprises rice, daal (lentils), an egg and one vegetable curry. Students may have as many servings as they like. Everyone — from the senior teachers to the nursery students eat together in the same area. The paintings you buy will fund these meals. Every painting will fund the cost of meals for 50 children.
ABOUT THE TOWN OF NIRMAL :
Nirmal is a town located 210 kms north of Hyderabad in the state of Telangana. Located close to the Maharashtra border the languages spoken here include Telugu, Marathi & the tribal dialect of Gondi. With a population of 1 lakh plus as of 2016 this town is surrounded by various ponds and forts. The name Nirmal is derived from one of its famous 17th century rulers, Nimma Naidu. He was a great patron of the arts, encouraging the art of toy making out of teak and poniki, a unique tender wood. Nirmal paintings are distinctive paintings from this town that have a lot of colors, hues and vibrancy to them.

-There maybe a situation where a personal emergency or ill health may delay my ability to ship the paintings out in time.

Q : How do I pre-order these paintings?

Once you select the appropriate reward, you will need register as a funder on

Q : When will the paintings be shipped and delivered?
A : The paintings will ship out within 5 weeks of the campaign ending. In most cases shipping
will happen sooner. Delivery times will usually be a week after shipping.
Q : Will the paintings be shipped with a frame?
A : The paintings will NOT be shipped with a frame. Further they will be shipped ONLY within India.
Q : Will the paintings come with an 'Authenticity Certificate'?
A : All paintings will be signed by me and in addition will have a separate 'Authenticity certificate /letter'.
