THE BACKGROUND
Mr. Ramesh Dubey is a security guard in our building complex located at Prabhadevi, Mumbai. I have known him for a very long time and so do all the people in our society. Unfortunately his 23-year-old son, Tushar Dubey needs a critical and life-saving medical procedure as he is suffering from severe Kidney failure.
Tushar Dubey is a B.Com graduate from the University of Mumbai. He is suffering from a Kidney disorder and has now reached stage 5 of this Renal disorder and needs transplants. Both his kidneys have multiple cysts which are very enlarged. His kidneys are slowly losing their functional capabilities.Consulting doctors have recommended starting the process of dialysis before opting for kidney transplant.His mother Ms Kanchan will be his Kidney donor.

The treatment will be done at the Bombay Hospital in Mumbai.
The total cost of treatment is INR 10L. The family does not have the financial resources to fund this and that is why I decided to do this campaign to raise atleast INR 7.5L. This will give Tushar and his family a fresh lease of life.
The funds raised through this campaign will be transferred to the PUBLIC CHARITABLE WELFARE FOUNDATION. The NGO will then fund the treatment of Tushar Dubey at the Bombay Hospital.

We can as friends and fellow human beings give a little so that together we can make a big difference to Tushar's life. The funds we are raising will be enough to help pay for his treatment. ABOUT ME
My name is Advay Jhunjhunwala. I am 15 years old and in Grade 9 at the Dhirubhai Ambani Intl School.
Tushar Rakesh Dubey is our building guard's 23 year-old son. I have known his father, Mr. Ramesh, for quite a while, and have developed a personal connection with him. He has always been cheerful and has offered a helping hand over the years. Their family is under immense financial stress and funding for their son’s medical care is difficult.
Tushar’s only hope is to have a kidney transplant. He is suffering from Severe Kidney Failure and is undergoing treatment at Bombay Hospital, Mumbai. The family has done all they can to collect the total amount required for the treatment but INR 7.5L is required to pay for all the medical expenses. It is very critical that he undergoes the transplant at the earliest. As the amount required is huge, I request you to kindly contribute towards the treatment and help during this time of need.

The total expenses including transplant, kidney removal, post surgical costs, donor costs etc. comes to INR 10L. Through this campaign I aim to raise INR 7.5L or more.

TAX BENEFITS
Funding for this campaign is eligible for tax breaks as NGO is a registered trust and you can avail of benefits under section 80G of the IT act. Funding from those with foreign passports is not eligible. If you are an Indian staying abroad you can fund this campaign.
