We are an experienced backpack manufacturing brand. Therefore, we do not see any reasons for delays. Just saying! We are equipped with the best workmen and delivery team to assist in delivering you a Carbonado, in the set timelines. But if nature has other plan (i.e. acts of god) may delay shipping. Rest assured, your backpack will find it to you one way or the another.

1. What is your production capacity?

As a group we have two production units (Bangalore & Bhatkal). The manufacturing will be done within India.

2. What is the warranty period?

Carbonado comes with one year warranty.

3. When will the backpack be shipped?

Shipping will start after the campaign ends.

- The first 100 orders will start shipping 30 days post the campaign completion. Approx from early Feb 2019

- The rest of the pre-orders will start shipping from end FEB 2019

4. How much does the backpack weigh?

The composite weight of the backpack

- Actual weight - 1150 grams

- Feels like - 575 Grams

5. What is the return/replacement policy?

If any defective unit is delivered, the replacement will be done within 7 days.

The company shall bear the product’s return cost.

Note: Returns/ replacement are not valid for damages resulting from accident, improper repair, and loss of components or accessories by the user.

6. What are the variants in colour you offer?

Carbonado comes in carbon black variant only.

As per my conversation with Mr.Pradeep Reddy last week, the order had been shipped on thursday and I was supposed to receive the tracking ID on friday,however, I haven't neither received the tracking ID nor the shipment. Hi @abdul. I had ordered the bag on 25th Feb. Though I didn't got any tracking ID till date. One of my friend Paul, to whom I had recommended this product, order on 2nd March. He got the tracking ID on mail. I simply can't understand how you guys are dispatching on FIFO basis. Further I asked him about the matter, and got to know, that he was continuosly in touch you guys for the updates. Kindly look into this.

Hello, I ordered on 12th Feb, it's been 21 days, I sent you 3 emails. I got no reply from you. @Abdul Rashid Kola: 3 weeks ago you posted that you're shipping 30 to 40 backpacks daily. Given the number of funders we have here i.e. 425 and let's assume you're shipping 30 backpacks daily. Still it should not take more than 20 days(including weekly off) to ship all backpacks till now. And as per your commitment on forum about shipping/delivering in 20 days from the date of purchase. Today it's been 21 days since my purchase, forget about delivering, I didn't even received tracking details. And providing tracking details would have been possible if you would 've shipped it. What's going on?

Team, The "Carbonado " was delivered yesterday, however only got a chance to unpack it today afternoon, i must say its a commendable job with the shipping/packing. The bag feels sturdy and luxurious, with good feel. My only additional recommendation to make it more better is to have a little longer Zip puller. It seems very short compared to the bag size and have to struggle a bit to open up the zipped compartments.
