My name is Avinash Shinde, and I am from Pune. I have been working in the project execution department at SJ Contracts, Pune, for the past 7 years.
However, life has thrown a critical challenge in my family's way, as my wife, Anjali, is facing a critical health condition. Anjali needs help with her recovery, and your support can make a big difference in our lives.
My wife, Anjali, 41 years old, is currently under the care of the dedicated medical team at the Jupiter Life Line Hospital in Baner, Pune. She was diagnosed with a complex and challenging medical condition, which included Superior Mesenteric Artery (SMA) trauma thrombosis and a small bowel ganglion.
Superior Mesenteric Artery trauma and thrombosis are serious medical conditions where the blood supply to the intestines is compromised, leading to very critical health issues.

In her pursuit of recovery, Anjali underwent a series of intricate surgical procedures. As Anjali progresses towards recovery, she needs post-operative care and continued monitoring. She will require a ten-day stay in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at Jupiter Hospital followed by five more days in the general ward. This extended hospitalization is essential and will allow her body to heal and adapt to the surgical interventions.
The medical expenses, ongoing treatments, and rehabilitation costs have already cost me INR 25.4 lakh.
This has put a lot of financial pressure on us. We now need another INR 7L. (See the letter from Jupiter Hospital below, which details the diagnosis and cost.) We need your help to get through this crisis. This crowdfunding campaign aims to raise funds for her medical costs.
We urgently need INR 7 Lakhs for her treatment and recovery.
THE DIAGNOSIS:
The funds we are raising will be adequate for her immediate treatment. In addition, we will also need money for postoperative care and medicines. So please continue to fund this campaign even if it goes past the initial INR 7L goal as the additional funds will help us with her postoperative care.
