BACKDROP:
Imagine a 19-year-old girl from Chikmagalur ready to get into a car and race at any moment, whether on the tarmac or on dirt. That's me, Tarushi Vikram. I’m a student of BSc. Botany and Zoology at St. Joseph’s University, Bengaluru. My racing story began on dusty roads in my dad's rally gypsy in 2013. From there, I trained on the tracks in Bangalore to gear up for the Girls On Track, an event that aimed at encouraging women in motorsport at the grassroot level, in 2019.
I have successfully participated in the 2022 and 2023 seasons of the MRF MMSC (Madras Motorsports Club) FMSCI (Federation of Motorsports Club of India) Saloon Car National Championship at the Madras International Circuit, and the next season will start as early as February 2024.
This season consists of nine races, split into three race weekends, with three races each weekend. This is a Single-Make Championship comprising of identical Toyota Etios Cars.
FUTURE ASPIRATIONS:
As I gear up for the upcoming season starting in February 2024, I envision progressing to super stock categories, competing with more experienced drivers. My ultimate dream includes venturing into single-seater Formula cars or entering the challenging world of rallying.
To make my dream of racing in the championship come true, I need your help!
It will fund my race and help me become a better racer. With your sponsorship, I can make you proud. This isn't just about racing; it's about supporting a young woman in racing , breaking stereotypes and inspiring other women into the world of Motorsport. My journey will reflect positively on you, showing your commitment to diversity and supporting dreams in racing.

How does crowdfunding work?
Crowdfunding in India is a relatively new concept and is growing very quickly.
It’s a concept that allows a large number of funders (like you) to fund an idea or a cause or event by giving small amounts of money online. Fueladream.com is a crowdfunding platform in India that allows for such pooling of funds. You can fund innovations and ideas on FuelADream and be the first to get these products or make them come true. You can also do a good turn by funding charities and causes through crowdfunding.
