My name is Stasha Mohla and I am a Grade 11 student at the Jamnabai Narsee International School, Mumbai.

We go to school with a home cooked in hand and if we feel like it we can always purchase some food from the canteen. However thousands of children don't get to enjoy such luxuries. They get maybe one meal a day with no assurance of the next.

A single meal can offer them a source of immeasurable joy. I wish to make that possible.

Please support my campaign and let us together contribute to the happiness of these children. Most children drop out of school because they don't get enough to eat resulting in fatigue and illness. It's also a reason for them to not go to school. The “Akshaya Patra's mid-day meal program”, not only motivates students to go to school but also ensures that they remain healthy and continue with their education.

What might seem like a simple one meal to us can make all the difference in the lives of these children and the opportunity to help them is one we shouldn't let get away.
