My name is GAURI VAIDYANATHAN. I study in Grade 11 at the Lilavatibai Podar School.
As India continues to battle the second wave of COVID-19 pandemic sweeping the country, it has ravaged the vulnerable low-income communities that have not yet recovered from the first time. Their lives have been turned upside down and their trauma is not subsiding. Their sources of income are dwindling, and even something as basic as food is a nightmare for them yet again.
I learnt about this initiative being done by Akshaya Patra in Thane where they are currently distributing meals every day. My campaign aims to help as many of them as possible. I request all of you to support my campaign so that we can feed them and possibly feed many more. The funds collected from this crowdfunding campaign would transform their lives and bring them much needed relief. Let's come together and do our bit.
