My name is Akshayaa R.B. and I am in Grade 9th A at the DPS E-city, Bangalore.
I have undertaken this campaign because I think having a full meal a day is something that is a basic need for anyone. I can never imagine not eating 3 or 4 times a day leave alone just one meal. These children who are being supported are studying in Government schools in Bengaluru and outskirts of the city. The fact that raising 22000 INR or more can give a mid-day meal for 20 children for a whole year is something that I am very excited about.
Please support my campaign and let us together bring confidence and change into the lives of these fellow students from rural areas. Most of them drop out of school because they don't get to eat anything the whole day and fall sick. Akshaya Patra's mid-day meal program motivates students to go to school, remain healthy and continue with their education with a big smile.
