My name is Garv Gulati I am 16 years old and a Grade 11student at Chirec International School.
Volunteering and being a part of a community service activity has always meant an integral part of my life. I feel community service is the act of helping people through any form or service for the betterment of unprivileged people.Giving to others can also help protect your mental and physical health. It can reduce stress, combat depression, keep you mentally stimulated, and provide a sense of purpose. While it’s true that the more you volunteer, the more benefits you’ll experience, volunteering doesn’t have to involve a long-term commitment or take a huge amount of time out of your busy day. Giving in even simple ways can help those in need and improve your health and happiness.

Today, we are living in a world with COVID-19 and the number of cases are proliferating. It has predominantly impacted underprivileged people and migrating workers who cannot afford a basic economic and social wellbeing. They need our help, India works with society as a whole. We have always learnt from our culture and traditions that service should be our priority and at today's stance, we need it the most. it is not always about us. We have to learn to live with COVID as this pandemic is not going anytime soon.

I feel that my campaign plays an important role to help the society. I will be working with Akshay Patra which is an organisation known to give the underprivileged nutritious food and meals. This is what we have to do and Akshay Patra has been doing it at a gigantic scale. It is time that we all unite and help the society. If we think about the the needy people, there will be survival and survival will lead to a more elated and advanced society. Please show your help as a small amount can lead to a big change. Mahatma Gandhi Ji once said,"The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others."
