My name is Nirupma Mathur. I am a Language Trainer and live in Punjab. My acquaintance/journey with Chinamaya Mission took place almost 10 years ago when I first met Our Pujya Guruji Swami Tejomayananda. There was something resonating in me when I attended his first seminar, a magnetic pull I would call it. It was that day to the present day, there was no looking back. I have only achieved and grasped from this tremendous powerhouse of knowledge, we call it Gurudev's dream, Our Chinmaya Mission. I met Swami's, Swamini's and Bhramchari's across the mission. Each one is loaded with commitment, straight forwardness, selfless love and a vision for the Mission. Their life is an inspiration to me because following there footsteps I became what I am today, actually I owe my life to them. I specially want to mention here Swami Prakarshananda who with his love and care nurtured me and brought out the best in me. Now that my life has undergone a transformation I would like to pass this message across the planet and help people get the right direction in their life. Anything we do in life, their needs to be a drive within us which keeps us self – motivated, this is actually the gift what I got from Chinmaya Mission; volunteering for this initiative is a small step towards what I want to offer!

I think being able to transform a life is incredible. This is being done by Chinmaya Mission Delhi as a part of their Happiness Unlimited campaign. In these COVID times, there is a definite need to address the well being of every section of the society at all levels.

Through this campaign, I want to help educate underprivileged children, give rations to widows, improve the infrastructure of a college in Haridwar etc.
