About:
My name is Sushma Singh. I am a Teacher at Chinmaya Vidyalaya Bokaro. I am Msc (Botany) and Bed. I have also qualified Ctet examination. Currently l am pursuing MA in english also because I want to learn something new in literature. __I have the hobby of reading books . And reading helps a lot to keep myself updated as a teacher. I believe if we read the knowledge increases and that opens new path for us. Learning is always a fun. Learn and teach this is my moto in life. Ifeel happy to see my students learning. Right to education is for everyone. We need to motivate people for this. Its a noble cause and by joining hands in doing so we are contributing towards a better culture, a better country. One by one join hands , motivating everyone, teaching and learning, the whole process will lead to the formation of better beings. We can mould the thinking of people in a positive direction by providing education. Education when given to each one will begin a new level of thinking. And when we will start to think in a positive new way progress can be seen in each and every level. Wewill grow economically as well as socially. Each one of us will have the potential to deal with our problems and then further to deal with our country problem. An educated country will have a better environment a better culture and better life style of people. I am excited about this campaign. Really it is highly motivating to think in this direction._.
I have undertaken this campaign because I believe that the right education is the foundation for life’s journey. I was fascinated by the 3 pronged approach of this campaign and the impact it will make. This is truly about REIMAGINING EDUCATION.
1)The uniqueness of the Chinmaya University (CVV) – a global university that will transform the lives of future generations of students. This will impact and change the future.
2) In the immediate present being able to impact the lives of underprivileged students from Chinmaya Vidyalaya’s across India by supporting their education is a very high-impact initiative. The parents of these students are typically daily wage workers and many of them are illiterate and do not realise how critical education is.
3) Again in the present the Chinmaya schools need better infrastructure. The lack of it definitely impacts the quality of education and the school environment & this is a critical need.
Brick by brick, let us come together and make sure that this ‘One Knowledge – One World’ initiative is realised within our lifetimes.
