My name is Atraiu Sinha. I am 15 years old and in Grade 10 at the Bombay Scottish School, Powai.
I am doing this campaign because I think the gift of reading is something that every child deserves but not all of them are lucky to have. I cannot imagine the plight of underprivileged children who do not have access to books. It is important that every child gets access to reading irrespective of their financial situation. This can make a profound difference to the life of a fellow student in Mumbai.
Through this campaign, I am to help create equal opportunities to all children by inculcating in them the love of learning and discovery, thereby empowering them to innovate and become life-long learners and doers. We must lend a helping hand and ensure that the quality of life for these children are improved.
