My name is Advika Nair. I am 14 years old from grade 10 in Bombay Scottish School , Powai. I have always wanted to do something for fellow students and people who have a craving for knowledge, since that is something we can be greedy to know. I had heard and seen on the news that children who did not have enough means to study were suffering a lot. Hence this is the reason I want to take part in this crowd funding campaign, so that I can help the students and children to cultivate the habit of reading. I myself love to read, and get upset when there are not enough books around the house, along with the pandemic limiting my movement beyond the house. But I realized that I am much more privileged to have the amount of books I have. I also wanted to learn more about what crowd funding is, and so all the above reasons led me to sign up for this campaign. I want those children to read, dream and imagine with no boundaries limiting them, just like I do.
