My name is Madhav Chopra. I am fourteen years old and in Grade nine at the Vivek High School, Chandigarh.

As the company's name suggests (fuel a dream), this campaign is about trying to make others' dreams come true! often we chase the things we want in life without giving a thought about someome else's desires. A lot of students do not get a chance to attend school in our country, government schools in rural areas have poor infrastructure and basic school facilities are not being provided. I was surprised to learn that many students from low-income homes do not even have basic school gear like footwear, a school bag and they actually sit on the hard ground which consequently results in posture-related health problems. This also makes it hard for them to focus- the student may have have extraordinary potential but these conditions do not allow him/her to thrive; we at FuelADream here, aim to change that as much as we can.

The back-to-school kit costs just INR 900 (including distribution costs) and gives students a pair of recycled footwear, a study mat to sit comfortably at school or home, a school bag for books, and a cloth mask. This is a very small amount to impact a student. Funding INR 3600 for example will transform the lives of 4 students!
