Hi, I am KEERTHANA SUNIL KUMAR & I study in the 1st year at the SRM Institute of Science and Technology. I love playing football & cricket and watching movies. I am a part of the NGO Blooming Beacon and its our aim and objective to plan and executing social initiatives that can make the world around us a better place.
My friends and classmates from the SRM college have together decided that we will do a crowdfunding campaign that would raise awareness about the needs of women & young girls when it comes to the need, use and practices of using Sanitary pads. Its imperative that in todays day and age that such a basic need for young girls and women amongst the economically weaker section is not met.
Am raising 10000 INR through this campaign and these funds will be used to impact approximately 40 girls and women by providing them with low cost sanitary pads for a entire year. YES FOR A ENTIRE YEAR. All it takes is INR 250 to change a life. Fund INR 1000 and you impact 4 girls/women.
