Hello, I am Harshetha Banukumar , a student of Class 10th B of DPS, Bangalore North.I'm just your average school going teenager who wants to do something for a society that brought me up so well.The only problem was i did not really know what to do, however that problem was solved when I heard about this campaign.Let me tell you more about this campaign of mine. A few days ago, our school had a program where the team from Fueladream.com told us about a crowdfunding program which is going to help raise funds for children who are suffering from Muscular Dystrophy. Now for those of you who do not know what muscle dystrophy, it basically refers to a group of disorders that involves a progessive loss of muscle and consequent loss of strength.We all are privileged and even if we do suffer some disease we can pay for the treatment, but imagine the underprivileged. in a society like today we can solve these problems by extending a hand towards those people suffering.This was my main motivation and i do really want to help the people who will definitly benefit from it. The fact that a contribution of just Rs 20000 can fund the treatment of a underprivileged child suffering from DMD for an entire year thanks to the efforts of the NGO called DART made me realise that I must do something to help. I strongly believe that we can help children suffering from DMD and make a difference to their lives. So i would like to conclude with a question Can you help me help those suffering from DMD by donating some money for my campaign?
