Hi, I'm Neha from class 10 studying in DPS, I enjoy reading and art but today I'm going to talk about something that is a harsh reality. Now imagine not being able walk because your muscles are failing you, people take what they have for granted but it is not until when you truly loose something that we understand it's importance.My school mate, Kranveer Singh suffers from this syndrome and DART was started by his parents to help find a cure to change the lives of children suffering from this. Muscle Dystropy is a serious and fatal syndrome that affects over 1 million males in India and fatal as it is it doesn't have cure. A few days ago, our school had a program where the team from Fueladream.com told us about a crowdfunding program which is going to help raise funds for children who are suffering from Muscular Dystrophy.The fact that a contribution of just Rs 20000 can fund the treatment of an underprivileged child suffering from DMD for an entire year thanks to the efforts of the NGO called DART a non-profit organisation made me realise that I must do something to help. I strongly believe that we can help children suffering from DMD and make a difference to their lives. Just as they say a few drops of water helps make a mighty ocean, a small contribution and can change many lives.Help me contribute towards a cause that can change someone's life by funding my campaign.
