My name is SHAIKH JUWAIRIYA. I am 17-years-old and a Grade 12 student at DPS, Bangalore North. I am inspired by Ms Nakshatra's incredible work and her vision to impact the homeless through her NGO - Nammane Summane. My initiative and mission will support the destitute and marginalized by supporting this campaign to raise funds for this shelter for the homeless.
Nammane Summane, founded by Ms Nakshatra in 2020, stands as a testament to the power of compassion and inclusivity.
The vision to create such a massive shelter is truly inspiring. Spread across 25000 sq ft this will provide a sanctuary to 900 - 1000 individuals, including children, adults, and the differently-abled. They require an additional INR 1.25 CR to complete the construction of the shelter. The shelter is expected to be finished by the first quarter of 2025.
