Hi hi! I'm Keona, a 15-year-old Grade 11 student at Chennai Public School, Thirumazhisai.
I started this campaign after being shocked to discover that many students in Tamil Nadu, especially in government schools, don’t even have the basics like proper footwear or a school bag. Can you imagine sitting on the hard ground for hours, day after day, just to study?
It breaks my heart that 9 out of 10 students in this situation end up with posture problems. Plus, without footwear, they're at risk of foot-related diseases.
For just INR 950, we can give them a back-to-school kit with recycled footwear, a study mat, and a school bag. For just INR 1900, you could change the lives of two students!
