My name is Sucheta. I am 14 years old and a Grade 9 student studying at the Chennai Public School, Anna Nagar, Chennai.
I have undertaken this campaign because I was surprised to learn that many students from low-income homes in Tamil Nadu, who go to school (mainly govt schools) do not have basic school gear like proper footwear or a school bag and often sit on the hard ground in order to study at school.
i want to be a part of this because i strongly believe that every child who is studying in a school should have the basic necessities in order to learn better. we all are aware that India's literacy rate is drastically decreasing due to the increase in our country's population. by raising awareness about this helps the students voice out their concerns and mainly might benefit them. as someone who loves helping people i would like to confess that i am eagerly waiting
