About:
My name is Rikith Jamalpuri, an aspiring commerce student at Chirec International School with dreams of studying at NYU someday. When I’m not immersed in my academic pursuits, you can often find me on the badminton court, goofing around with my friends, or experimenting in the kitchen—usually attempting a complicated dish that’s bound to go hilariously wrong.
I firmly believe that as humans, it is our responsibility to uplift those who are less privileged than us. I combine my love for baking and my passion for giving back to society by preparing a variety of treats and sharing them with the underprivileged. One quote that resonates deeply with me is, “Happiness doesn’t result from what we get, but from what we give.” I find true fulfillment not in acquiring material possessions but in making a tangible difference in people’s lives.
This campaign is close to my heart because it addresses a critical issue that affects millions of children globally. For children battling cancer, a simple ration basket can mean the difference between life and death. The harsh effects of treatments like chemotherapy and radiotherapy take a tremendous toll on their bodies, especially if they’re malnourished. Without adequate nutrition, these children might succumb to the treatment itself before they can conquer cancer.
By participating in this campaign, my goal is to ensure that these children’s basic nutritional needs are met, giving them a fighting chance to recover. A donation of just ₹4500 could change a life—a life that might someday grow up to cure cancer.
Join me in this mission to make a difference. Together, we can ensure that these children not only survive but thrive. Your support could be the reason a child lives to see another tomorrow.
