Hi, My name is Aditi. I am an 11th grader at NPS HSR. My objective is to improve the health and hygiene of underprivileged girls and women by providing them with FREE sanitary napkins and conducting workshops for them.
Most underprivileged girls and women live in a world filled with social stigma regarding menstruation. By supporting my cause, you would help provide the necessary menstrual products and education on the same to girls & women who otherwise would not be able to afford it. You would be giving them a chance to practice safe menstruation and understand the changes taking place in their body. They will get a chance to discuss what, in their world, is considered to be shameful. This would benefit their families and would ensure that the generations to come would not have to face anything of this sort.
Helping one person might not change the world but it can change the world for that one person. So I urge you to give your support. A simple act of kindness can have a profound impact on someone else's life and with your help, a lot of people are going to see a brighter future. After all, no act of kindness, however small, is ever wasted.
