About:
Hi, I am Yash Kothari of Class 11 at the CHIREC International School in Hyderabad. I love playing basketball, coding, and reading books; along with MUNning and debating as well.
We were introduced to the idea and concept, as well as the science behind crowd-funding by a representative from fueladream.com who visited our school today. The idea that a large number of people could work together on a virtual platform to help fund a charitable cause appealed to me in terms of its unique nature, and I felt that carrying out such a campaign would give me an opportunity to help change the lives of various underprivileged people who have lost their limb/s, while at the same time, teaching me important skills like online fund-raising techniques, social media management etc.
Making a change starts by taking small steps; and I hope that this campaign turns out to be a huge success!
