My name is Ronith. I'm a 12th Grader at Vidya Niketan School, Bangalore. My classmates and I realized the power of crowdfunding and how we can help children who come from the economically weaker classes of society. It definitely sounded like something I would want to do ; helping someone out is what any good human being should do.

I love playing tennis, Rafael Nadal is my idol. The fact that Rafa himself is into a lot of charity inspired me to take this initiative. Photography and birding are my other passions.

While all of us complain about how things need to improve, very few actually do something about it. It's all talk and no action. If you told me that we could actually save the life of someone a week ago, I would have been amused.

But here I am, doing exactly that. I request you to fund a small amount (big amounts are welcome too) and let's make a difference together. The fact that a heart surgery can be done at such a low cost goes to show how important this campaign is. I don’t think children belong in hospitals. They deserve the same blessed childhood that every one of us was lucky enough to have.

Doing this ensures one more child gets a new lease on life and a new beginning. Further, I believe healthcare is a basic necessity that should be available to everyone, irrespective of their financial condition.
