About:
Hi! I'm Tridib Bhattacharya, a 12th-grade student of Greenwood High International School, and I have started this campaign to raise funds for supporting the education of the children of migrant laborers. I am many things, including a political enthusiast, a budding writer and a lover of old Hindi film songs. However, I am also an avid social worker and have been working with Gubbachi for over a year now. I have been inspired to take up this cause. By supporting my cause you are helping me provide the necessary education to kids from underprivileged homes, as well as lending a helping hand to society as a whole.
We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give and so I urge you to give me your support. A simple act of kindness can have a profound impact on someone else's life and with your help we can truly make a difference. After all, no act of kindness, however small, is ever wasted.
As an individual, I am trying to raise INR 36000. Between me and a group of friends from school, we are hoping to raise funds to provide for the education of 5 children for 12 months.
All of us study at Greenwood High International School.
