About:
Hi, I am Bhavvya Sarna of Class 12 at the Delhi Public School, Bangalore East. I'd like to tell you more about this campaign that I believe you'll appreciate as much as I do.
Our school had a program where we met representatives from Fueladream.com who told us about an initiative which can help those with amputations by providing them with prosthetic( artificial) limbs. The first thing that struck me was the idea of crowdfunding. I found it fascinating. It was also difficult for me to imagine how people live their life without a limb, as we take that for granted.
The fact that a contribution of just INR 10000 can transform the life of someone, made me realize that I must do something. Please support my campaign and let us together bring mobility and freedom back into the lives of these people.
These prosthetic limbs will be given to villagers in the rural areas of Karnataka. This will help men, women, the young and the elderly. It will also have a ripple effect on their families. A lot of these poor villagers will also be able to work and this will help them financially. Let's together change lives.
