My name is Aarthi. I am a Grade 12 student at Smt. Sulochana Singhania School, Thane.i am very passionate about severe social causes that i think are inter-related.I strongly believe that this ecosystem is governed by a few powerful forces-1)what gows around comes around.2)Generosity opens door:when you give,you always get back more than what you gave.So that is what i am doing,working on this project in a healthy way.

This campaign is to raise funds for providing girls from poor homes with sanitary pads for a year and a hygiene kit. A sanitary pad is one of the basic necessities for girls and the hygiene kit consists of basic necessities like undergarments, a towel, and 2 soaps. Many of the girls do not have access to even undergarments. Shocking but true. The cost of supplying all this & also distributing it is just INR 500.

Help me raise a minimum of INR 20000 and we can together help 40 girls for a year and transform their lives. If I raise more I can help change the lives of more girls. Not having pads and undergarments should not be a reason for girls to drop out of school. But it, unfortunately, is the biggest reason.

I understand this problem and I am convinced that we should do something about it. Let's ensure that girls from less privileged backgrounds, get help from us. Please join me in CHANGING MANY LIVES of school going girls.
