My name is Jahnavi Murthy Padukone, and I study in 10th grade at Vidyaniketan School. When I was introduced to this crowdfunding campaign, it intrigued me how something so simple could impact so many lives. This concept inspired me to do my own bit to contribute society, which led to my participation in the crowdfunding scheme.
Every day, lakhs of children have to walk barefoot to school everyday, toiling through the heat, rocky roads and dirt. Footwear costing a mere sum of two hundred and twenty rupees can change that for these hardworking children, and this is what I aim to accomplish through my campaign.
I urge you all to donate, as much as you see fit, so that you can play a role in changing these children's lives.
